A wide selection of machines and very spacious. The pool is incredibly clean. Friendly staff. Even have a basketball court. One of my favourite locations.
This is my favourite GoodLife in Durham, it has two floors with lots of different spaces. Theres a turf floor with weight machine sections on the bottom floor. Separated by very spacious change-rooms with steam rooms. Also a womans workout space, pool and whirlpool. There are dance, yoga and bicycle studios upstairs that are great for classes or just to use in general.
All staff here are amazing. Especially the front desk staff (Melissa especially). They are always super kind and greet you and say good bye as you're leaving. The gym is always clean and it's rare to see a machine broken down. Happy to go here
Massive gym complete with pool and basketball court. Its a multi level gym with plenty of equipment. They have a nice turf for sled pushing as well. When I first came to this location I was given a quick tour since the facility is quite large. Staff were friendly and so were the gym goers.
GoodLife forces you to sign contracts that are very hard to cancel. if you decide to cancel your contract, you will have to pay a penalty fee and even then it won't be right away. They will still try to take advantage of you and convince you to try different options like "freezing your account". Just say no and run far away.
