So happy that this store carries favourites that we can only get in England!! Usually we have to spend lots on getting it shipped from England, the prices here are so much better! Thank you
Response to Paul: Paul, we did not "mix up" as we frequent your location and give you alot of business. Sunday 8th December was the most recent experience we're referring too. But your approach was completely uncalled for and plain rude. I am just being honest and you can own your mistakes and talk with little more respectful with your customers. We're from England and we always want to support our home land but your approach was disgusting. We asked you a simple question and you were rude condescending. .. : I had a very unpleasant experience at your store recently due to the behavior of one of your employees/ male owner. When I asked a question, the male employee's response was shockingly condescending and rude. His tone and attitude were completely uncalled for, making what should have been a simple interaction very uncomfortable. What made it even worse was that his behavior was so blatant that my young daughter noticed and asked me, "Why is he being rude?" It's unacceptable for a customer, let alone a child, to witness such behavior in a professional environment. I would expect better training and customer service standards from your staff. I hope this is addressed so other customers don’t have to experience the same disrespect. Also they are extremely over priced, but we repeatedly go here to support our home town in England. We spend on an average $90 each visit. After today we will not be returning.
Great selection, things arn't cheap but holy cow, the frozen pies and hey - haggis! Really nice owner, too. UPDATE: Added a star. Great experience, got my Haggis, and the prices are in line with what's expected at the grocery stores these days. Impressed with the Canadian made British-style sausages carried here.
Large, clean, well stocked store with friendly staff. An excellent option if you’re looking for imported British food. Found some viral candy my daughter was looking for and the prices were reasonable.
Great service and lots of variety to choose from. Pies are amazing, too. Bakery is delicious. They have a red tag clearance area that is a few weeks past date, but that is wonderful that you can get it cheaper, it's very well presented at the back of the store. Always up to date on all the rest their products. Staff are very informative and know their stuff and are wonderful and friendly.
Love this place to get some of my Mum's favorites like Camp coffee and Shredless marmalade. They have a wide selection and they rarely run out of Mum's staple items.
Decent British foods store with a limited selection of products, but all their products are simply British which means they are good. They do things a little different, They offer prices if you buy 2 and the taxes are included. Prices are little pricey compared to other local British stores but it still worth visiting
