I’m a little upset I came in 15 min till close and a hole section of there toppings were gone I wasn’t able to get a brownie or cookie dough. The girls were nice and said they wold get us 1 thing each but there should really be a warning if you guys are closing things down erly.
IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION A NEGATIVE STAR I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! Worst customer service by far. I took my child here to get some froyo and instead we were faced with disrespect. Never in my 30+ years of living have I had to deal with such ignorance! The workers here didn’t understand a single thing I said until I got upset and a bystander had to jump in to defend me. Their yogurt was expired and before I could even fill up a cup I tried to tell one of the workers that the little slip that was in my cup wasn’t any good and if they could either just allow me to get rid of it but instead the brown girl with the ponytail and thick Indian accent (which as a fellow half Indian, it’s not hard to spot) began yelling at me and saying I need to pay for the little dollop of frozen yogurt. At first I had no intentions of disagreeing because the cup didn’t even weigh since there wasn’t really anything inside, but when she continued to be disrespectful to me in-front of my family, I told her that her customer service was terrible. She later pestered me until someone else stepped up for me. THE SERVICE SUCKS AND I WISH I GOT HER NAME because people like that don’t deserve to work.if ur gonna come into this country and feed off our taxes, the most you can do is be respectful. My wife is a immigrant and never has she once been disrespectful or acted privileged towards strangers in public!!! Learn to respect people.
Menchie’s in Whitby is always a sweet stop They’ve got a great variety of flavours and plenty of fresh toppings to build your perfect frozen treat. It’s not as busy as it used to be, which means no long waits, and there’s lots of seating both inside and a really nice outdoor area to enjoy on warm days.
Terrible frozen yogurt now. All the flavours are almost flavourless, watery, and melt in two seconds. Customer service is also not great either. And the price has skyrocketed.
The place was clean and the staffs were good thats what the 1 star is for! The icecream was watery no hint of yogurt or anything really disappointing? Paid 12$ for a watery icecream?♀️ I hope they work on it and make it better!
Had the employee stand over our shoulder because my child (who didn’t drop a single topping) was picking out his own toppings. She hovered to make sure he didn’t drop anything so she wouldn’t have to clean it. Such an upsetting experience. I hope management addresses this and gives training about the reality of working in an icecream shop where kids will come. My kid isn’t messy but I feel for parents whose kids are and I can only imagine the looks this employee would give them. Girl with braces. If I ever go back I’ll definitely be addressing the behaviour. So disgusting
The only flavor I liked was their blue raspberry tart, but they keep changing the ingredients, and it never tastes the same. It used to have a nice tartness, which I really enjoyed, but now they’ve made it overly sweet, and it just doesn’t taste good anymore.
