Recently purchased new carpeting for our hall. I had looked at several stores but found the best selection at End of Roll. The whole experience was great and customer service excellent. Also found their pricing very reasonable. We will be buying all our new flooring from them as customer service and value are very important to me. Special thanks to Mike the gentleman we dealt with. He was fantastic and so helpful!

Colleen was excellent and helping us choose the right carpet for our house and the installers were fantastic. They even vacuumed as they went out the door! I would strongly recommend using End Of The Roll for your next carpet purchase.
Pros: Carpet Installers John & Akrim were on time, fast, answered all my questions, and were professional; excellent follow-up call initiated by Store Manager to ensure that I was satisfied. Cons: Sale Staff were uninformed on carpet chemical composition (for VOCs, etc. since my wife has asthma), what "healthy carpets" were, bad carpet/underpad off-gassing smell (which I'm told is standard) -- had to run fans with the windows open for 1 week and the off-gassing smell is still not completely gone. The carpet did not smell this bad in the store, when we had to put down our deposit; make sure that you smell the carpet and under-pad BEFORE they install them. Wish the carpet manufacturers disclosed the chemicals they use (a quick Google search on chemicals in carpets is a real eye-opener). Wish that we had picked up hard wood, cork, or bamboo; in terms of "healthy" carpets, we couldn't pick up a wool carpet due to sensitive skin and jute does not look good. Caveat emptor.
There installation packages are a scam. There truck load event sales and other like it. Prices are the same as regular. And for years no hot water in washrooms. Dark and gloomy warehouse
