bro why waiting my time and your time keep saying come tomorow for two weeks and at the end no computer fixed went different place done same this is canada people times are valued leave your mentality back home
My mom went to get my phone repaired and the experience was overly complicated and came with a myriad of issues completely due to human error on the shop’s side. They took way longer than necessary despite multiple clarifications that it was needed fixed by a certain time. The most egregious example of unprofessionalism was that the phone had no case on it when it was returned. When my mom asked for the case it came with, the man she spoke to claimed he didn’t know where it was. She spotted it repackaged to be sold on the shelf a moment later. This shop tried to steal and resell my used phone case. She had to argue with the man for minutes just to get my phone case(which I am 100% certain is actually mine) back. That was the biggest of the many issues I’ve had, such as them not actually repairing the audio issues my mom repeatedly reminded them of, and the fact he replaced my screen protector with one that did not fit my screen and obscured the front camera. Extremely sketchy, neither of us will be returning and we highly advise looking elsewhere.
They might be great with cell phones, but not with computers. I brought my tower in and simply needed a power supply. They promised me it would be ready in 48 hours. 48 hrs went by and he said he was too busy with cellphones and didn't look at my PC. I stressed the urgency that this PC was for a cctv for a business. So they told me it would be ready the next day, and surprise surprise, it was not. A week went by and I got excuses it's hard to find parts and my estimate was now doubled and still needed more time. Unacceptable , I picked up my PC. I dropped off my PC to this Chinese guy in Scarborough, it was ready within the hour for $80 Do better hi tech!
As others have said, if I could give a zero I would!! Dropped my daughter’s Surface Pro off on Sept 30, was told they would ”call in 3 or 4 days”. No call. Reached out to them a couple days later, “not ready yet, we’ll call you”. Never called. Finally on Oct 15 I’m told, “come by after 7, it will be ready, I’m here until 9”. I come at 8 and the mall is closed! Next morning I’m on the phone with him at 10, when they open, and tell him that we are on our way in, he says “come on in”. I arrive to a dark and locked store!! They have lied to me at every turn for over a week and 16 days in I still don’t have my device!!!
I don't recommend nobody with phone issues to go there, they will scam you ive brought my phone there it took them 3 days to replace my phone screen which is a new phone I got it back so many problems they can't fix phone if you go your going to regret it trust me
Great prices. Great work. Only problem is their hours can be wrong. Says they are open at 10am-5pm on Sunday and showed up at 10:30 and they were closed.
