This lady there doesn’t belong there period!’ VERY RUDE !! And unprofessional. She said she can’t promise the service or the outcome of my clothes coz she doesn’t do them or wash them! That’s not the way to speak to a customer. She was screaming and loud and doesn’t allow me to explain what needs to be done with my suits. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR $$$ for dry cleaning with this lady at Cadet Whitby. Worst customer service ever & horrible experience there !!
Sarah should be embarrassed the for the way she mistreated a customer. She was screaming like a maniac , threatening and accusing a customer of stealing. ***Extremely unprofessional*** I will be taking my business elsewhere. Please avoid this lady’s shop. Please read all reviews. Very similar. Terrible customer service.

Very rude lady. I believe she was the manager. I was standing outfront of Hooksey's having lunch, appreciating the plaza and using my vape near the curb by a Pilar. This lady apparently from Cadet banged on the glass like a cop banging on a door and has a search warrant. Rather aggressive and I turned around and she possessed an aweful body language signing a hysteria about the bi-law sign of no smoking. She could have opened the door and asked "Hey, it's not the best for my business with vaping outfront here, and there is a bi-law." She rolled her eyes gave aweful aggressive body language as if she was manic and needed medication. Did not ask politely and was demanding. Good luck lady!
VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The woman that works at this located is very RUDE!! She is disrespectful and does not know how to talk to her clients! I have had an encounter with this woman less than 5 times. The first time, she was in a rush to leave the store before closing time because she claimed, she had an appointment, fine! Went to pick up a week later, the store is closed early. Dropped off 2 other times and every time a try to pick up they closed early and the website said yhey are open til 5pm. Today to not waste my time and given the long holiday, called ahead to make sure the store is open and what time she'll be open until because I had tired to pick up 2 days prior but she left early again. This woman started cursing me on the phone that I'm complaining and always complaining that they are closed, which from my point of view, is always the case. This woman went as far as to tell me that when I pick up my clothes I should find somewhere else to go and we were back and forward on the phone. She claimed I was rude but I only called to make sure they were open. I got to the store, she didnt acknowledge me, the whole time shes on her phone chatting away with someone. I turned to her and said, I didnt appreciate how she spoke to me on the phone and that she was very rude. The woman started to threaten to call the police and that I should leave her store. I dont give a damn if you're the owner or not! Business is business!! If you want to leave early then put things into place so you can. HIRE SOMEONE WHO CAN STAY UNTIL 5PM. P.s. I'll be writing a letter to inform the company T.T.C. of this very rude encounter with your business. I will not be dropping off my husband's uniforms here EVER again. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND RUDE!!
I just called this location and asked to speak to a manager so I could discuss if Cadet Cleaners had a discount from my work. The rude lady who hung up on me. When I called back, she told me that she wouldn't be talking to me, she had a customer, and why would I want to speak to a manager?!! I am taking the time to write this review so everyone knows this is the level of customer service you will receive at this location. I. DO. NOT. RECOMMEND! 0 Stars out of 5
I just dropped of my coat at Cadet Cleaner today. A female staff is sooo nice and very friendly! I know where it is located and will always go there! ??♥
