Needed last minute hard copies, not a huge amount of pages. The copying didn’t take long but the gentlemen and lady had to deal with an issue,they just asked for me to donate to a charity as compensation. Unfortunately I didn’t bring cash and they waived the minimum printing fee. I appreciate it and will use/recommend TPH for their efficiency and kindness. I’m more than happy to pay the minimum fee and appreciate their pricing.
I requested one card with a speech inside. I asked for tear drops splashed on the front of the card, but got a glass of water with water dripping in it. I was told I would have to pay more to fix THEIR mistake, as they would have to do more research. I asked for a double heart image to be put on the front of the card and the envelope, but they only put one... but again it was my fault. A very sentimental gift is now ruined, I got nothing I wanted. Brian doesn't listen and was more concerned with completing the transaction, and securing a credit card number than listening to what I wanted. If you need guidance of any sort, stay far away from TPH
I required a logo for my laptop for DJing events, so I visited TPH and met with Brian, who I believe is the general manager. I explained my needs, and he measured my laptop. However, upon pickup, the logo wasn't as requested. Brian claimed it was what I agreed to, but I hadn't double-checked his measurements. I'm very unhappy with the service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Brian is very unprofessional and quick temper. Brian should not be a manager at this place. He very rude person.!!
Rude customer service and they claim to “need a bunch of requirements and don’t price over phone…” the lady said, when I asked for the most basic print job of ONE 20x30 foam core board —what a joke lol. I’ve used this place for business before but will blacklist them moving forward.
We needed a memory book made for our principal who is retiring. Brian was amazing - we only had 48 hours turn around and every other print shop said they couldn't help us. Brian had our book ready in less than 5 hours. He saved the day! Thank you!
I drove to this place to get a small order printed. They stated that they won't accommodate anything under $15. They said they would take some change as a "donation" for small orders and told me to go somewhere else when I said I don't carry cash with me. It would be great if their website or their manager put a sign up with their minimum order, or that they won't help you if they deem it not worth their time.
First time using them and was super impressed. Great communication and turnaround time. Quality was excellent and delivered as promised. Brian was a pleasure to deal with and these guys will be my go to print shop going forward... thanks guys!
