Looking for a small part(the Keyboard cable retainer for an Acer Aspire on Model 257)- Its a little black piece of plastic, which flew off into the unknown when I was installing a new SDD. Counselor was very knowledgeable and searched for the part, but the system, while still working(and running W10!) was just too old (at least 10 years). Still outstanding support effort. Highly recommended!
