We’ve been ordering from Maple Gardens for years. Their eggrolls used to be the best in town — big, packed full, super crispy. Now they’re barely filled and come out soggy in the middle. Really disappointing shift from what made them amazing. Our latest order had some serious issues. A couple items were undercooked and arrived warm at best. The battered shrimp was the biggest miss — batter about half an inch thick and still raw inside, shrimp undercooked. We called right away and to their credit, they corrected the problem quickly and sent a fresh order. That replacement was excellent: thin crispy batter and perfectly cooked seafood. But here’s the thing — same order, same day, two completely different results. That’s a red flag for consistency. It seems there may be new ownership or changed recipes, and unfortunately, the quality has slipped. We miss the old Maple Gardens and hope they bring back the standards that made them a go-to spot.
North American style Chinese food mostly. The food overall has been consistently made good every time we have ordered. We generally get chow mein, chicken wings, stir fry beef, and the house special fried rice. Staff has always been friendly. I'd recommend this place!
This has been my family's go-to place for Chinese food since the day it opened. The food is delicious and always ready on time. We love Maple Garden!
I ordered Christmas Eve early went there to pick up at 7:00 and it was not ready for almost 2 hours late I threw out half the food because my company had been leaving they should do something for the people who were waiting I understand it was Christmas Eve but this should not happen
Asked around 11 A.M. to order food for 5-6 pm, Was told "3pm or nothing" Arrived at 2:50, was left waiting until 3:45 for food. No fortune cookies. I have had better egg rolls from the frozen food aisle. Asked for extra sweet and sour sauce, never got it. 1/10 do not recommend.
First time here the other night. Absolutely great place. Great customer service, great food. A hidden gem in the Chinese Food industry. Give them a try. I will be back because if the friendly customer service! Good luck
Not happy with the last 2 visits here. Edit- I am not happy with my Shanghai noodles I ordered last night. (Oct 2nd 2025) I ordered Shrimp Shanghai Noodles add $5 worth of BBQ Pork. I got 4 shrimp, the BBQ Pork was fine but I got chicken. I didn't order any chicken at all in this. $22.49 is way too much for what I got. I am not happy
