He clearly explained the process of cleaning our couch and love seat and applying the ZebraSeal Protectant to my new accent chairs. He did so professionally and there was no smell and/or residue. I can't say enough great things about The Cleaning Guy!! From start to finish, their service was absolutely top-notch. The team arrived on time for pick up and delivery and was incredibly professional. My carpet was an expensive purchase, 100% wool about 5 years old. It had seen better days—pet stains, walking traffic, etc...but after The Cleaning Guy worked their magic, it looked brand new! The difference was incredible. We hired The Cleaning Guy for a large project that was split into multiple phases of furniture protection. I called to pay an invoice over the phone with credit card and apparently they aren't accepting credit cards for large amounts only e-transfer and cheque which seems odd for a large business and isn't convenient for the client. The lady helping me on the phone corrected my English. Not impressed with their customer service. However, their work was quality.
