Met with a sales rep (Jugal) look at a new CT4 or CT5. He offered to appraise my vehicle for trade in - and send me available options on the new cars later that day. Haven't heard back. I emailed the GM and Operations Manager (Dave and Barb) looking to follow up. Haven't heard back from them either. I'm very easy to deal with and have extremely basic expectations. But the lack of communication at this dealer has me looking elsewhere.
