I’m normally not one to complain but this visit here was so odd. Me and my friend were the second ones in there and got served last. Everyone that came after us were eating and they had finally came to us to take our food order. We constantly had to wave down our waiter. She only came out of her way to check on us twice, which was when we first arrived & to take our food order. We were excited to try their new guacamole breakfast sandwich & it was NOTHING like they advertised. They don’t even have purple onion in it. And the sausage patty was undercooked. We also had a fruit bowl that we sent back (I literally never send things back)! It tasted like perfume. The server was nice but not attentive. Food was horrible. I always go to sunset grill, I was so confused of just everything.
I went to pickup a delivery and the waiter she said cannot help. rudest behaviour I have seen in a restaurant.Would ive negative rating for customer service
I love this place. This is my go to place for breakfast and it never dissapoints. I used to do takeouts mostly due to me moving into this area and then pandamic starting. But me and wife when for the dine in this time and it was such a nice experience. Firstly the staff and servers very super nice. Our server Sophia (or Sofia) was super kind to us and made sure the coffee refills kept happening without asking. That won my wife over. I was pleasantly surprised how lovely the coffee was. I never used to order it during takeouts. Food was as usual amazing, well cooked and served quick. I guess when you start the day with a lovely experience and breakfast everything just keeps getting better. See you again.
We’ve moved to Brooklin just under 1.5 years , dinning at the Sunset grill ,now take out is always a treat for us , the food is fantastic, orders are ready lighting fast , when we were able to dine in, the waitress were always welcoming & friendly.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My family and I went to the restaurant on March 28th 2021, our daughter’s birthday. We wanted to support our local business and given last year she did not have a birthday. This WAS her favourite location!!! Our food was cold, my husband got his pancakes and no bacon and 20 minutes later he got the bacon. The pancakes were ice cold like our food. We complained the waitress took his pancakes off the bill but did not offer to make more or give us any customer service. Horrible thinking of so many business sufferings and this restaurant did not care. Will NEVER return or recommend to others. Left 2 messages for the manager … still waiting for a reply?
Enjoyed brunch with some good friends Sat Feb 22/20 at the Baldwin St. location in Whitby. Good food, reasonable prices and GREAT service! My first visit - I'll be back!
Super super average. Cardboard like home fries ... Bacon either limp and soggy or deep fried to a crisp. Not a garnish/veggie in site. Very overpriced for what it is. Also I do not understand why every breakfast has to revolve around three eggs... bizarre. Service just about OK. Didn't offer to remove disgusting item... just took it away... Bit clueless
