Great Customer Service - Made me a customer. In days where customer service seems to be disappearing Part Source leads the way. I need a 32m socket for one nut. Parts Source let me buy the socket take it home, use it, then return the socket and get all my money back. They rented me the part for free. Quick easy, no hassle! How great is that! Many thanks,

I had to make a return, the associate opened the bottle seal and told me there should be a seal inside and did not provide me any refund. Very bad customer service. Dear associate, please check google or open any bottle, Pennzoil oil does not have a seal inside.

I went in with a challenge today and the guys at the counter spent 20 minutes working with me to match the part. Turned out they couldn’t get it for me, but they were awesome and I really appreciate it

It's really gone down hill. This was my go-to store for everything I needed, as its really close. The staff (old timers) were all very knowledgeable, and helpful. They always had what I needed. I found the fasteners rack to be really convenient. Being able to physically handle the fasteners, check sizes and thread pitch MYSELF, and of course the freedom to buy as many, or as as little as I needed was great. I went in one day, and the entire store is completely changed. Looks to me as if they have 2/3rds the amount of products on the floor. Its more generic, garden variety stuff now. Gone is the fastener rack. Now I have to go to Home Depot to buy bulk fasteners, or, buy pre packaged fasteners that never have the amount I need. I don't recognize any of the staff anymore. They're all kids now, and the service is lethargic. It's become more like a hang out for the staff. They're always propping up the counter, chatting amongst themselves. It takes a bit of awkward standing around with an item in one hand, and a fist full of money in the other to break into the circle and have your turn at the counter. There really isn't any advantage to going to this store anymore. I might as well go to Canadian Tire or Home Depot. At least at the other stores, I can pick up non automotive things while being ignored.

This store needs new competent staff with manners I can’t believe the differences between the Dundas store and the Simcoe st store … Simcoe store is staffed with much nicer and more confident people . I tried the Dundas store because I was in the area but NEVER AGAIN Do yourself a favour and go to the Simcoe Street, Partsource

Low rating for a reason! Full of attitude. Ignorant. The pony guy at the counter is hilarious. I don’t know ho hired him and why is he even working! Threw my receipt on my face. Is that how they treat customers? Been talking to him, he was just ignoring stuff, Asked for triangle master card credit offer, He replied- he is not from the credit card company.. the posters behind said ask for offer inside! I wish I can reach the owner of this outlet and get him fired!

Rating them 3 because of partsource is good brand and always takes care. But, this location customer service is really bad. I visited them twice and both times they told me something else and billed more. Then they refuse by stating this is what it is
