The place is clean. We went for a student exhibit and the art pieces they had were from a lot of different high school students. The pieces were amazing. These kids have a true talent. We also got to meet one of the adult artists. She was putting up her art work and answered a bunch of questions from the kids about her work and how she makes the small art turn large. The curator was great. Well spoken. Has been there a long time. He even took time out of his busy night to speak to my kids and answer all their questions while they were spending time away from the crowd. There is an art studio downstairs in the basement for people to create their masterpieces. There were students in the classroom learning so we didnt approach.

Front desk assistance is very helpful, the gallery is beautiful. I take handbuilding pottery classes with Paulette, and she puts a smile on my face every week! My newfound love of a hobby- thank you for being an open public space for all artists!

I volunteered for the Station Gallery in high school for nearly 3 years. If you are a teenager interested in the arts, volunteering with the Station Gallery is the perfect place to start! I grew so much as an artist and person thanks to the Station Gallery. The other volunteers were awesome and all the working staff were so knowledgeable and supportive!

Old train station meets new gallery space, providing an open, contemporary atmosphere. It was a chilly autumn evening event and some spaces were a tad warm. Hanging your coat or sweater may be an option.

Love the Station Gallery for art of course, but also for community connections, live music, Olex’s Art Talks, and classes. It’s one of the best things in Whitby!

Currently upstairs exhibition by students of Durham College Arts students. Downstairs Oshawa middle and high school student's work. My first visit since it was moved some years ago. Beautiful site. May 2023.

Visited on the weekend and was pleasantly surprised with each and every aspect of this museum. So many very talented artists,I will be sure to visit again!
