OMG. We ordered food 2 night ago here. Kpomo and goat meat pepper soup. It looks like these people wanted to kill us with pepper. The food was so hot very spicy. I spent my whole night with water in my mouth to quench that hotness. The pepper vein was excessive. It seems it was done deliberately as in you did not want us to eat that food. After spending almost 130$ I ended up throwing the food. What a big waste. Never again am I ordering from you. Please beware Everyone

DISGUSTINGLY LOW CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIGLY OVER PRICED PRODUCTS!!! I got the negative vibes the moment I entered. This really wouldn't have been noticed had she not told me to hurry up and pay that she has other customers to attend to, when I was clearly the only one in the eerie store and she was watching a movie on Youtube!! Plus, among other high prices, a bag of rice that can be gotten from almost everywhere, including walmart, was sold for a whooping $15 higher. I'm definitely not going back and this review is precisely for what reviews are for.

It’s incredible how welcoming the owners are. They answer all questions genuinely always show kindness. Exceptional customer service - owner came to give me a shopping basket even when I didn’t need one. Items are also affordably priced. It’s now my go to store for Nigerian/African groceries. Will definitely be back!

    So sorry for the hotness... but the yilata ponmo and pepper soup is usually somewhat hot. May be the level of the pepper was a bit on the notch for you to handle. It was not a deliberate thing. PepperSoup is spice and ponmo yilata is as it's named... Noone is out to kill you. However we can always adjust as required. Thank you for your patronage.
